Capabilities

C&W Screen Print utilizes the most technologically advanced equipment in the industry in order to consistently provide quality prints to all clients. Our services and capabilities include art creation and modification, contract printing, heat transfers, sublimation, direct to garment digital printing, foil stamping, banners, decals, finishing and shipping.

 

C&W Screen Print is proud to announce the addition of our digital printing division. Key stoned by our new M-Link Direct to Garment printer the ability to produce complex full-color picture and logos on dark or light colored cotton garments will amaze the consumer with the finest details held which makes the garment seem to “pop” into life-like appearance. The DTG machine is great for short runs of full color that is a better alternative to screen printing. Our Roland Versacamm 45 inch printer delivers outstanding color on indoor/outdoor banners and signs and can gang print logos for decals and stickers. We can print multi-color logos on the Roland and heat transfer them directly to garments and items that cannot be screened.

 

Our company offers in-house mixing of any Pantone colors for all plastisol ink by very skilled personnel.

 

C&W can screen print with a variety of special inks that include discharge in base, white or any PMS color, environmentally friendly water base inks, football specific uniform inks, soft hand plastisol and a variety of award winning special effects bases that can make any garment unique.

 

We have in-house creative designer/graphic artists with over thirty (30) years of experience who is are capable of creating a specific design or using electronic files supplied by clients.  

 

Additional printing includes four color and simulated process prints, foil stamping mixed media, specialty inks, digital full color printing, oversized prints, banner, decals.

Heat Transfer

In addition to providing custom digital heat transfer products, C&W has one double-platen heat press and three single heat presses for application to garments.    Our industrial heat press technology, coupled with our in-house printing of transfer materials, provides a wide variety of options for our customers.    We can transfer your logo or design to t-shirts, polos and golf shirts, polyester performance tees, jackets, all sports jerseys, canvas bags, luggage and totes.

Finishing

C&W has the ability to provide an array of finishing capabilities including folding, tagging, and bagging garments. Additionally, we ship FedEx and UPS daily with the ability to ship directly to you or your customer.
