WHAT WE DO

Digitizing / Tape Design

C&W provides in-house digitizing capabilities and has over 20 years of professional experience. Our capabilities and expertise ranges from creating customized logos / designs to editing / modifying existing client logos.

Contract Embroidery

C&W has 62 state-of-the-art Tajima embroidery machines and can crest over 5.0 million logos annually. We can embellish any type of garment and service any size order, completing most orders within 3-5 business days while also offering rush order services of 1 and 2-day turnarounds. The Company’s facility network layout enables machine operators to directly scan work orders, which ensures the correct digitized file is utilized for the cresting of garments and minimizes any potential for error.

Heat Transfer

C&W has the ability to provide custom heat transfer products on a broad range of apparel. Our industrial heat press technology provides high heat and pressure to bond the specialized inks / resin with the fabric, rather than merely applying a product on top of a garment. We can provide custom heat transfer designs sourced both domestically and overseas.

Finishing

Upon completion of the embroidery, C&W provides an array of finishing capabilities including trimming, steaming, individual folding and bagging, tagging, sew-in labels, and heat sealing. Additionally, C&W ships to individual customers and final destinations.
